I was on FIRE last year, sometimes pumping out 4-5k words per day.
I could have stretched the plot to 80k easy, had i more time to think about how i wrapped some character arcs up.
I'd like my latest effort to be 80k when i'm done with it, too. It was just such a RUSH last time, omg. The adrenaline i think is what kept me writing.
My effort still is thoroughly unbeta'ed, but I still love to read it. It represents a triumph for me.
