I'm up at 6-7am every day :/ My daughter gets up at 8. Body just wakes up then, nothing I can do about it. On the bright side, i go to bed around 10 or 10.30 so that's usually enough sleep. Usually.
My neck gives me a lot of trouble though, and i have to do a lot to get to lay down in bed. Used to have to strap ice packs to my neck all nigh,t thankfully i've better than that now, but for a while, it was all i could do. Now its botox and pills and a scarf double wrapped all night to provide support, and one of those moulded memory foam pillows :/
