nano - finished. 62,800 words.
I'm finished with my novel. In the sense that i have concluded all plotlines, and even written a brief epilogue that sets us up for a sequel. lol.
I still want to work another 20k words into it, expand the centre and possibly the ending of it, somehow. But right now i cant see how to do that, perhaps with a few days to rest I can look at it fresh.
Anyone who wants to see it, can. I'll be glad to email it to them.
Here's my nano link: http://www.nanowrimo.org/userinfo.php?uid=165676 - the graph shows how steadily i've been writing it, since i discovered i needed to update a word count and all that.
I feel i made up for the unfair 10-12k i had to start with, that i didnt delete and rewrite, by pushing 63k. I justifiably feel, in my mind, that i DID churn out 50k words in less than a month, and I did properly win Nano this way.
I still have 5 and a half more days to generate even MORE words, so maybe i can push 70k by the end of November? Who knows.
