Happy Pancake Day, people. :)

We're pigging out as we speak. I'm not giving anything up for lent except tummy button fluff, because I'm not that way inclined, religiously, but horray for the people who are.

And for those of you in Michigan, Happy Paczki Day!

gawd i miss paczkis. They are beyond heavenly.

edit: thinking about it, with the huge numbers of Poles we have immigrating here, Birmingham may soon have paczkis for Fat Tuesday as well! Yay!
