I dont know. It just didnt do it for me. The Rose line was tactlessly shoehorned in there, and i felt let down by the whole episode.

Maybe i'll feel better about it on rewatch, but somehow it just felt contrived and silly.

i wonder how long they're going to be making references to Rose in the 3rd Series. the ones in Runaway Bride and Smith & Jones were ok,but after that it's just overkill.

Agreed. I wish he'd stop pining, ffs, she wasnt THAT wonderful. In fact, she wasn't half as wonderful as Sarah Jane and he's not bleating on and on about her every episode...

Y'know, after all the DW communities I've been in, it's kind of a relief to know not everybody worships Rose :p I didn't dislike her or anything, in fact, I thought she was one of the better companions, but I hate it that everybody is making her out to be the companion like there can't possibly be anyone other than her.

Man, i couldnt fucking STAND Rose. She was no better than Sarah Jane and yet they had her 19 year old makeup caked mascara running Oscar losing weeping arse running round like she thought she was hot shit.

Ok i liked her in season 1. I liked Nine. But when he regenerated, she changed. She went all teenage schoolgirly and the werewolf episode was the epitome of it. I couldnt stand it. The handholding and the mortgage talks and the nothing-in-the-universe-can-come-between-us shit was absolutely NAUSEATING.

I wish Rusty would stop referring to her now. She's gone. Done. Finito. GOOD FUCKING RIDDANCE. Stop shoehorning in the Rose-emo, okay Rusty??

I'm afraid I didn't cry for Rose's departure...it was a long time coming and more than a little overdone IMO.
