Charles Dance's Ladies in Lavender is boring. One of those heart string pulling movies, if i had any heart strings to pull. ;)
But David plays a good doctor in it. Lovely distinguished gentleman, with a moustache, something I've never seen him have. And a pipe. See? I KNEW he was a smoker, he does it too well. Ick. Ah well, no one cant be 10000% perfect all the time.
Also drives that lovely old car of his. I read Charles Dance's blog about getting the movie made, and its very interesting that they take lessons on how to operate antique cars!
Other than that, nowt to say about the movie, not even anything to say about Dame Judi, even tohugh i think she's marvellous in [almost] everything she does. It was just really bland, to me. Meh.
