They should make a movie about the feud between Edison and Tesla. The two wrote a series of vitriolic essays back and forth that became known as The War of Currents (which is a perfect title, IMO), but the notion that Edison had goons spying on Tesla made my brain just go all geek-giggly. Going with your "David" theory, I'll just say I watched part of "Click" the other day and Hasselhoff was brill in it. ;)
I read so much about Tesla's history and what a goon Edison himself was, back in the day, that i felt i had practically been there myself and knew Tesla. I used to imagine living in that time, knowing him, what it would have been like, etc.
Edison was a dirty dirty man. And yes, there should be a movie. I'd have premiere tickets, yes.

Happy b-day a week early! I first encountered the Mighty Hoff in "Baywatch" as a wee lass (back when it had a plot), and I too thought he was pretty Hoff-stuff. I like him now mostly for the wonderful sense of humor he has about himself (like William Shatner).

To me, 30 seems like it'd be pretty nice. No longer classed with the "20-somethings" everybody sort of disdains, but still young and hip. That's my dream, anyway! I'll have to wait a few more years and see. Hope you get that gorgeous weather.
