The RSC FINALLY have a pic up of David as Falstaff. Its about bloody time, considering they wont let anyone take any photos while its running!

See what i mean about the badly stuffed Santa Claus suit? lol

Feel free to gank it, its RSC property.

Doth I spyeth man boobs? Lol, that's a great pic. Such a distinguished-looking beard!

I've seen him out of costume - he looks like a drowned rat.

That's totally a fat suit, with big man boobs and a huge knobby bit below the belt too! Its hysterical actually - the guy that's out of focus keeps standing up and singing. Its a funny scene.

I did pay attention, i really did! Even if i was yawning at parts...

Unbelievable! That´s David with the `fat suit`? I saw a film, also Henry IV, played by Kenneth B.. Falstaff was played by Robbie Coltrane. Well, he is fat. But David in this costume? He´s too tall. This suit doesn´t really work to get him fat.

It works if you've seen him in action - even the legs are padded.

Yes Robbie Coltrane is fat, and he would make an excellent Falstaff. I should go forth and see the Brannagh version of Henry V.

Gambon was *way* the wrong choice for Dumbldore, judging by that pic...

I'm not a Harry Pothead but I've heard many fans say the same thing re not casting David as Dumbledore...

I think David has better things to do than take part in Harry Pottery...

Possibly. I suspect it would elevate him to superstardom, again, though... arent all HP actors shipped, wanked, and otherwise swooned over now?

Holy shit, I almost didn't recognize him! XD

Ho ho ho ... He really does look like Santa Claus! (And minus the fat suit, I've been saying for a couple years now he should have been Dumbledore.) Mmm, drowned rat = sexy. I hope you get a photo of him next time. :-) Is the beard real?

Nope, no real beard. It comes off as does the fat, and then he's just skinny long haired David.

GOD ALMIGHTY i need a picture.

Oh brilliant!

I really can't wait for the weekend, very excited indeed now...

I saw that scene the other night with the stand in. It wasn't as brilliant as with David in, i know. But the guy behind him keeps getting up and singing, its hysterical.

He is so beautiful. Long silver hair, and the beard comes off.

I wish i was gonna be sitting beside you, oh yes. I'd love to see your face :D

I know exactly what you mean. I hope, i´m gonna make it anyhow for February´s play. And then, my tall darling, i´ll look into your wonderful eyes, too! :D

:d You're probably closer than any of us to looking directly in his eyes...

Eh? What do you mean with this? Won´t you travel to Stratfort again this weekend to see him? I imagine, he´s ok and back on stage. Or is it maybe a financial problem, what prevents you to go?

I meant your height - i've heard you're quite tall compared to me and Susan.

I'm 5'1 nad i think Susan is similarly short. lol

Oh! Understand! lol
Well, eh, i´m 1,71 m. And David is 1,88 m i think, so almost 1,90 m with wearing his shoes! So i have to look up to him, too. He´s still one head over me, i imagine.

He's got head, shoulder, and half his chest over me! lol.

Aaah, i wish he had his head, shoulder, and half his chest over me. Yes. I dream about it a lot. lol

Hmmmmm! Me, too. If i only think about it to stand in front of him......i think i would kiss him if i could. But i won´t.

My head is perhaps near to his chin. I would like to know, how much 5´1 is in meter. These are "(5´1)inches" in Enland, right?

5ft1 is 61in.

61 in = 1.5494 m, apparently.

Me very short, yes.
