I can drink real leaded tea again. YAY and horray! That unleaded shit i was drinking has gotten boring, yes.
I was at playgroup earlier in the week, desperate for a drink, when i tried a mug of lightly frightened regular tea - dipped in and removed quickly. And no palpitations. So i tried PGtips when i got home. No palpitations.
Now i have a box of Assam which i indulge in once or twice a day, and I can enjoy regular tea at the coffee shop instead of having to drink water !!
Tea - that British institution i've been missing for the last 2.5 years. How the hell did i survive? Zomg.

And I'll have to remember "lightly frightened". That's exactly how my mum takes hers :oD

i just felt like odd man out all the time, having to ask for water while the real Brits were drinking their leaded fuel, kwim? My MIL goes on about her blood-tannin levels, lol! Its definitely a British institution, oh yes.
I have a cup in the morning, and a cup around 11ses, and then maybe a cup around teatime but honestly, i dont find its affecting me one jot, which surprises me. No lift, but no jitters either.
:D

I gave up coffee first, cos the flu made me hate it. Then the tea went cos I still couldn't sleep properly. Now I have my rooibos and my vanilla rooibos, and all my fruit teas. And Nambarrie, for the morning and for post-lecture recovery :o)
And hey, you're a tad more British than I am if you have elevenses, let me tell you :oD

Yeah, like a ice cream float. God i miss those. There used to be a great 50s diner in downtown Louisville when i was in high school that did real live ice cream floats. Argh. homesick now! :P

It needs to be coke or root beer. Or creme soda.
Google sasparilla, you'll find out what root beer is.

I like cream soda. Although I hated it for ages in primary school, because I pulled a muscle in my neck while eating a cream soda-flavoured chewy bar.
*Google-fu* Oh, I see. Doesn't sound all that nice, really.
Right, work-time. *dashes off at ludicrous speed*
