In that shot, he hadnt had a shower in 3 days, he was strung out on speed, and playing the guitar while singing VERY BADLY. Then he ate tuna from a can WITH A SPOON while drinking Tab and started swearing every other word, claiming that someone else 'ate like a pig'.
