LOL, Tennant looks like he's going to bite the other doctor's ear (Davison's?) in your banner! :)
I know I'm a bit late in trying to sort this out (or rather, in asking about it, cuz I have been thinking about you even if I've been woefully out of touch), but didn't you say you're just moving across town? It seems from all your posts like you're going through a huge ordeal for such a short move. (In fact, please forgive my stupidity, but I'm not really sure I understand why you need to move. I know it's to be closer to Pumpkin's school, but if it's just across town ... *scratches head vacantly and goes all furry*) Either I missed something (quite likely) or I don't understand the geography. I hope my questions aren't annoying; I really am this dense.
Anyway, I hope it all goes smoothly and you'll be happy in your new digs. At least it'll be all over with and you'll be settling in before you know it. *hugs*
It is a huge ordeal for a short move. 3 bedroom HOUSE full of shit, being downsized to a 2.5 bedroom APARTMENT with only a balcony, a little ways away, so everything outside is having to be stored, sold, or otherwise dealt with/given away on Freecycle...
Its nowt to do with geography, its to do with vast quantities of shit trying to squeeze into a living space half the size!
We were out of the school's catchment area so we had to move into it in order to get her into the school.
We have no washer or dryer now, and i was just woeing about lack of washing facilities for a week until we move into the new place...
Its the way schools/the LEA works here :/ We're moving 1.5 MILES away down the road, quite literally - seems ridiculous, but the postcode changes, its another 'city' technically, the council tax goes down, water rates go up, car insurance goes down, etc.

And I loved Time Crash. I really did. It was self indulgent fluff, but it was FUN.
Thanks! :D
