And i can't relate to anyone bed hopping like that, its cheap and whorish and awful.

Indeed. I really liked her at the start of the first series but as soon as she cheated on Rhys, I kind of lost interest in her as a character. Maybe if he'd been mistreating her or something, but he wasn't. And if you don't like of care about the characters in a show like this then it gets boring very quickly.

Shows are, largely, today, character and relationship-driven.

Speaking of which, i can't WAIT for Ashes to Ashes tonight. Wheee!

Hmmmm. I'm not sure about that to be honest. Life on Mars was great but it had such a clear ending to it, I'm dubious about how this spin-off will work. I just hope they can maintain the same quality.

We're going out to see Cloverfield tonight, but will be setting the vid.

Anyhoo, El fancies Gene Hunt so even if the show is guff, we'll be watching it each week! LOL
