He definitely got his front teeth fixed some time between Spaceballs and Serpent - it was his lateral incisors that were a bit dodgy, and after Serpent, they weren't any more. And over time, they've all grown to be the same length / he's had more work done. I'm all for cosmetic dentistry (hell i had braces as a kid), as long as everyone realises that white teeth ARE NOT NORMAL. Still, white teeth look nice, don't they?
His hair - if he ever cuts it off short again like he did earlier in the year, i will write him and protest it loudly. Yes. And pout.
He has VERY hairy forearms. I don't like hair, but i like his. Yet his chest is hairless except for hair around the nipples. Strange.
He's bowlegged, ever so slightly. That's really sexy too, it gives him a sort of sauntering gait. I like it.
He squints his left eye when he's acting, the one with the brown segment in it. He needs to stop that, its beautiful and I want to be able to see it. And i can't if he's squinting it all up, damnit.
He's a nape of the neck kisser in sex scenes. *fangirlgasm* Let me be the first of the queue, please?
He bites his nails. They actually used a hand double for him in Lost Highway when he dials the Mystery Man's phone. I'm shocked, because I love his hands and love to watch them in action - how sad to use a hand double! I'm probably one of the few people who ever noticed that, actually.

I quit when i was a teenager. I don't bite mine at all now, but i do tend to fiddle with them / be a little fussier than i should be.
I keep my nails shorter because they're soft and they bend/break easily. I usually clip them once they pass the end of my finger, otherwise i end up hurting myself.
