for a S&S fic...

Colney Hatch Asylum , closed in 1993 and redeveloped into Princess Park Manor luxury flats. Terrible fire in 1903, killed 51 patients. Yes.

Where better to set a story about time breakouts and manifestations and ghosts and such, than in a place where 51 people died, and lots of pain and torture were inflicted in the name of therapy?
